Mary McCormack is an American actress who is known for her lead roles in the TV series 'Murder", 'The West Wind', 'In Plain Sight' as well as Loaded. Also known for her film roles, she has appeared in "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack was born into a family without any entertainment connection whatsoever in her family tree is the child of a clinical therapy professional and an owner of an ice cream parlor. Following the separation of her parents, she went to Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut. After finishing her studies at Wardlaw-Hartridge School with a BA, she graduated. The career of the actress began at the young age of 12 when she was in a stage production a Christmas opera titled "Amahl and the Night Visitor'. While she pursued her profession in the theatre, she eventually was cast in roles on the film and television. McCormack, today recognized as one Hollywood's most versatile artist. Michael Morris is her husband and she is mother to three daughters.
